Ravyn Technology Corp static fires titanium solid rocket motor
Engineers from Ravyn designed a lightweight titanium alloy rocket motor casing around cartridge-loaded propellant grains. This design was validated at a static fire test on a range in California, with optical and thermal instrumentation. A propellant mass fraction of 75% in a 2.75" diameter motor was achieved.

Ravyn has joined the Starburst Aerospace Accelerator. This provides access to advisers and capital for portfolio companies. Several companies in the portfolio have gone public or achieved billion-dollar valuations.

Ravyn Technology Corporation, based in El Segundo, CA successfully secured venture capital financing. GoAhead Ventures LLC of Menlo Park, CA participated in the Series Seed equity round. The round was closed November 1st, 2019.
